... we arrived home in Norway yesterday after a boring set of flights which is how they should be, right?). Your hospitality and (through that) all the interesting people we met at your place made a very good end to our 4 week trip! When I get my 800 slides back from the lab, I'll scan and send you some, probably from the mountains we were on. It was like standing in the middle of miniature Himalayas. This first time in the Arctic made a large impression on me, and while I several times thought "I'll never drag this kind of heavy sled any more" - well - who knows ... ?
