South Camp Inn was a wonderful place to spend some time, with comfort and amenities unexpected for such a remote place on the planet.  Aziz ("Ozzie"), although the owner of the hotel, was more like a host - concerned and interested in what I was preparing for and offering me assistance and many ideas.  Anything I needed, Aziz was only too happy to help with. The food was wonderful and an unexpected bonus - I still can taste the delicious cherry cheese cake that the chefs Randy and Nick served up.  The atmosphere was wonderful - much more like being in a friend's house rather than at a hotel. I can't imagine any other hotel where the guests are invited to help themselves to anything in the fridge!  Making acquaintances and rubbing shoulders with many world class adventurers was an outstanding bonus.
